Orders
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of the time they are placed. If you wish to cancel the order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations made after the first 24 hours will be treated as returns.
Exception - if you wish your order to be shipped by means other than FedEx ground, your order must be received by 2 p.m. pacific standard time to be processed the same day. Therefore, any cancelations of express delivery orders must be made before 2 p.m. pacific standard time of the day of the original order.
Sales Tax
Belava collects sales tax on all items purchased in and shipped to California.
Shipping
We use FedEx ground service for all shipments within the continental US. Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days (please keep in mind that it takes us 24 hours to process your order).
Exception - we ship Belava "Indulgence" Pedicure Chair via "best way"
to insure safe delivery; delivery time 3-4 business weeks from the time of order
(custom item).
For customers in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico we ship via US postal service. Standard delivery time is 5-10 business days (please keep in mind that it takes us 24 hours to process your order).
For customers outside of the US please contact us for ordering information.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure the shipping address you provide is a street address, and is complete, to avoid delay in shipping.
